Peter Collier, Chief of Party, Bangkok

The Chief of Party (COP) provides overall management, coordination and leadership for the work of the USAID Wildlife Asia Project. All USAID Wildlife Asia staff report ultimately to the COP.


Deputy Chief of Party, Bangkok

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) works together with the Chief of Party to lead and manage all aspects of the program, including client and project personnel management, partner coordination, strategic planning and execution, communications, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, and reporting.


Jiraporn (Keng) Chotipanich, Operations and Procurement Manager, Bangkok

The Operations and Procurement Manager is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, procurement, human resources, travel and logistics, operations, information technology, and project security.


Eleanora (Nora) de Guzman, Demand Reduction Team Lead, Bangkok

The Demand Reduction Team Lead oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social and behavior change communication (SBCC) campaigns to reduce consumer demand for illegal wildlife products, and supports capacity strengthening interventions in China, Thailand, and Vietnam.


Kanokporn (Oum) Jaroenrith, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist, Bangkok

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist is responsible for monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities under the USAID Wildlife Asia Activity. This includes implementing the MEL system, delivering MEL technical assistance to project staff, ensuring data collection quality, providing accurate and timely reporting of project results, and capturing project lessons learned.




Sulma Warne, Senior Technical Advisor, Bangkok

The Senior Technical Advisor fulfills a dual role, providing both project management and technical guidance to RTI’s overall USAID Wildlife Asia project, and serves as Lead for the Law Enforcement Capacity Team.


Sallie Yang, Policy Team Lead, Bangkok

The Policy Team Lead spearheads USAID Wildlife Asia’s legislative, political, and judicial cooperation to increase political commitment to CWT across the ASESAN region. A qualified lawyer, Ms. Yang is a member of IUCN World Environmental Law Commission and an associate member of the Asia Pacific Centre on Environmental Law.



Chinnapat (Chin) Chin, Social and Behavior Change Communication Specialist (SBCC), Bangkok

The Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Specialist provides technical assistance in planning, implementing, and evaluating SBCC campaigns to reduce consumer demand for ivory and tiger products, and support capacity strengthening interventions in Thailand.


Wanthana (Wan) Intharapithak, Finance Specialist, Bangkok

The Finance Specialist is responsible for all project financial accounting.


Dorelyn (Doreen) Jose, Communication, Outreach & Learning Specialist

The Communication, Outreach & Learning Specialist manages the communication and outreach portfolio of the project, including storytelling, social marketing, and branding.  


Qian Liang (Jessie), Media Specialist, Beijing

The Media Specialist oversees development, implementation, and evaluation of media plans and collaborates with media, advertising partners, and other communication platforms for social and behavior change communication (SBCC) demand reduction campaigns in China.


Tran Bao Ngan, Communication Officer, Demand Reduction, Vietnam

The Demand Reduction Communications Officer supports planning and implementation of SBCC campaigns and development of communication products in Vietnam.



Vivian Raksakulthai, Program Support Specialist

The Program Support Specialist provides backstopping support in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning; Project Reporting; and Communications and Outreach.

The Office Assistant supports the Operations team with administration and logistics related to running the project office.


Orraphan (Puk) Sanonork, Logistics Specialist, Bangkok

The Logistics Specialist supports the logistics and operations needs of the USAID Wildlife Asia Activity.


Dariya Seubkraisorn, Legal and Administrative Assistant, Law and Policy Team, Bangkok

The Legal and Administrative Assistant supports the Policy Team Lead and the Policy Research Specialist in the technical and programmatic management of the legal and legislation reforms work under the USAID-funded Wildlife Asia Program.


Dang Thi Thuy, Program Officer, Hanoi

The Program Officer provides support for the implementation of USAID Wildlife Asia program activities including law enforcement capacity building in Vietnam.


Chadinan (Van) Trimingmit, Administrative Support Specialist, Bangkok

The Administrative Support Specialist supports the Operations and Procurement Manager in all aspects of operations, procurement, asset management, petty cash, and IT.


Bussara (Pim) Tirakalyanapan, Policy Research Specialist, Law and Policy Team, Bangkok

The Policy Research Specialist supports the technical and programmatic management of the policy and legislation reform activities under the USAID Wildlife Asia Program.


Emma Wang, Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Specialist, Beijing 

The Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Specialist supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of SBCC campaigns and partnership-building in China.

The Training Coordinator provides coordination and operation support to deliver law enforcement capacity building programs.
